01. Ordering Policy
Registered wholesale partners must maintain a minimum opening order of $150. Subsequent re-orders require a $100 minimum. All products must be ordered in case quantities as specified in our current wholesale catalog unless otherwise stated.
02. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of shipment via credit card or approved B2B payment portals.
03. Shipping & Fulfilment
Wholesale orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from our West Virginia warehouse. Flat-rate shipping applies based on order volume. Shipping will normally be UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Orders of $400 or more are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to orders that will ship at the same time and not a mix of pre-order and in stock items. Pickup from our warehouse in Buckhannon, West Virginia is available during normal business hours.
04. MSRP & Resale Rights
Retailers are allowed to price all products purchased through Appalachian Charm how each retailer sees fit. Third-party marketplace sales (Amazon, Etsy, eBay) are strictly prohibited without written authorization.
